• My draw started beeping and would not allow me to get in. It now has gone dead and Im not able to open it. I have my passport and other important documents in there. Customer service is dismal. The solution given was to open it and charge it.... Which the problem is, I cant open the draw. I loved the draw but a year in I see the error in purchasing a battery operated draw.
